Pricing policy for motoring offences

Guilty Plea - £1,800 plus VAT at the rate of 20% 

Includes initial meeting, reviewing paperwork and representation at a single Hearing in the Hereford or Worcester Magistrate Courts taking not more than 3 hours.

This does not include taking statements from witnesses, instructing expert witnesses or advice and assistance in relation to a Special Reasons Hearing or appeal.

Not Guilty Plea - £2,500 - £5,000 plus VAT at the rate of 20% 

If you wish to plead not guilty, we will provide you with an estimate of the cost after an initial meeting with you. The total cost is likely to be £2,500 - £5,000 plus VAT at the rate of 20% .

Advice Only - £150 - £285 plus VAT at the rate of 20% 

This covers review of paperwork and discussing your case in detail and recommending a plea, involving time engaged of up to 1 hour.

The work will be undertaken by a Solicitor with more than 20 years’ experience.
