Pricing policy for motoring offences

Guilty Plea - £1,800 plus VAT

Includes initial meeting, reviewing paperwork and representation at a single Hearing in the Hereford or Worcester Magistrate Courts taking not more than 3 hours.

This does not include taking statements from witnesses, instructing expert witnesses or advice and assistance in relation to a Special Reasons Hearing or appeal.

Not Guilty Plea - £2,500 - £5,000 plus VAT

If you wish to plead not guilty, we will provide you with an estimate of the cost after an initial meeting with you. The total cost is likely to be £2,500 - £5,000 plus VAT.

Advice Only - £150 - £275 plus VAT

This covers review of paperwork and discussing your case in detail and recommending a plea, involving time engaged of up to 1 hour.

The work will be undertaken by a Solicitor with more than 20 years’ experience.
